Shipping Information – EU Countries

1. Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours after they are placed. Most shipments are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

However, depending on the product, manufacturer availability, or public holidays, preparation and shipping times may extend to up to 14 business days or more.

The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page. If you have any questions regarding the preparation or shipment of your order, you can contact us via the product page or at info@decovix.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery status. Please note that courier tracking information may not update in real time and delays may occur.

2. Changes to the Shipping Address

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us at info@decovix.es during the order processing period.

Once the order has been shipped, address changes will no longer be possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order:

• Standard shipping for orders under €100.00: €4.95 (incl. VAT)
  
• Orders over €100.00: FREE shipping
  
• Large or oversized items requiring additional packaging or delivery on a specialized pallet may incur an additional shipping charge. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart during checkout. Additional shipping cost: €24.95 (incl. VAT)

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the delivery address. For certain products from specific manufacturers, delivery times may be extended. The average delivery time is indicated on each product page.

Delivery times may also increase during national holidays, weekends, seasonal sales periods, or due to the operating schedules of transport companies in different countries. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control—such as logistics provider delays—may extend delivery times.

5. Delivery Countries

We deliver to 25 European countries.

In some countries, delivery may be restricted to remote regions or island territories, or certain deliveries may incur additional charges, which will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and after specifying your delivery address.

Some products may also not be shipped to certain countries. You will be notified during order preparation if any restrictions apply.

Footnotes / Country Restrictions:

1. Greece: Delivery is not available to Greek island territories (e.g., Crete, Corfu, Santorini, Ithaca, etc.).
   
2. Ireland: Not all products can be delivered. You will have the option to select Ireland as a delivery address during checkout.
   
3. Spain: We do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla. Delivery to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands will incur an additional charge of €19.95 (incl. VAT).
   
4. Italy: Delivery is not available to Italian minor islands, including Sicilian Minor Islands, Sardinian Minor Islands, the Adriatic Sea islands, and the Tyrrhenian Sea islands.
   
5. Cyprus: Not all products can be delivered. You will have the option to select Cyprus as a delivery address during checkout.
   
6. Portugal: Delivery is not available to the Azores or Madeira islands.
