At Decovix we strive to deliver your products as efficiently and transparently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery expectations, and shipping costs for all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Madrid).
  • Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Standard Handling Time: Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Extended Handling: For specific products, custom orders, or items shipped directly from the manufacturer, preparation may take up to 20 business days. The specific estimated processing time is indicated on the respective product page.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Areas

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the European Union.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the following 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Cyprus.
  • Territorial Restrictions: To ensure delivery quality, we do not ship to islands or remote regions, including but not limited to: Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands), Portugal (Azores, Madeira), Italy (Sicily, Sardinia, minor islands), and Greece (island territories).
  • Excluded Countries: We do not deliver to Luxembourg, Malta, Andorra, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Iceland.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: €4.95 (incl. VAT) for orders under €100.00.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over €100.00.
  • Oversized Items: Large or heavy items requiring specialized pallet delivery incur a flat surcharge of €24.95 (incl. VAT). This charge will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your purchase.

4. Delivery & Address Restrictions

To ensure successful delivery, we require a valid physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military bases, virtual/mail-forwarding addresses, or restricted government facilities. Once an order has reached "Shipped" status, we are unable to redirect the package to a different address.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Lost packages: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us so we can open an official investigation with the logistics provider.

6. Taxes and Duties

As we ship from within the European Union (Spain), all prices shown on our website include applicable VAT. Customers within the EU will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes.
